There are nights that don’t just pass — they stay with you, glowing in your memory like a perfectly cut crystal. The first edition of the Leaders and Influencers Awards, held in December at the magnificent Le Château Bucharest, was exactly that kind of night: dreamy, luxurious, and almost surreal, like stepping into a parallel world where ambition, elegance, and creativity vibe on the same frequency.

From the moment I walked through the majestic entrance, I knew this event was different. Bucharest’s Little Paris energy was in full display — sparkling gowns, bold tuxedos, flawless glam, and the kind of confidence that only true leaders and creators carry. I chose a long, printed night dress from Aleha Atelier, paired with curly hairstyle and my natural fur Mareus coat, and instantly felt part of this luxury story. It wasn’t just a gala; it felt like a meeting point of Romania’s most powerful voices in business, showbiz, and digital culture. A fresh concept, a premium vibe, and a promise to reshape what real networking looks like in our generation.
The evening also featured an inspiring glimpse into the future of Leaders and Influencers, as founder Flavia Covaciu shared her exciting plans for the next year. Flavia revealed that the gala will expand beyond Romania, with the first international edition taking place in Cannes during the Film Festival, and a new magazine launching to showcase the life stories of exceptional leaders and influencers. Her vision promises a global stage for creativity, collaboration, and inspiration — a luxury experience that connects the most influential figures from business and digital realms.
The evening was sprinkled with flavor and sparkle thanks to premium sponsors like Crama Gabai, Lelas Perfume, Longevity BOOST, Pop Cola, Devin, Sole.ro, and many more who elevated the experience into a true luxury universe.
As I left Le Château that night, wrapped in winter air and soft city lights, one thing felt clear: this event wasn’t just a gala — it was the birth of a new community. A community of doers, creators, and visionaries who shape the now and build the next.
